Heated by flow thermal oil,indirect electric heat.
Compared with traditional steam and electric heating, it has the following benefits:
1.Energy saving:electricity consumed much less than steam heating and direct electric heating,
as the oil is in cycle use,normally replaced once a year or two years;
2.Higher heating efficiency;
Oil temperature setting: 150 Degrees Celsius~170Degrees Celsius
From 28Degrees Celsius to 60Degrees Celsius, heating time: 30min;
From 60Degrees Celsiusto 80Degrees Celsius, heating time: 20min;
From 80Degrees Celsius to 100Degrees Celsius, heating time: 30min;
3.Uniform heating with higher boiling intensity and better coagulative performance,
effectively avoid partially over cooking caused by direct fire or direct /immersed electric heating,
no scorch happened during brewing process;
4.For small system,can be Skid- mounted,convenient installation,space-saving;
5.Hardware saving,No need steam boiler or forced air burner;
6.The oil is safe and environmental and run the system in a safe condition;
7.When the heat elements fail,it will not pollute the water,mash,wort;
8.Easy to be controlled heat when brewing;
